We partnered with Maui Brewing to develop "Foam to Table". We use their spent grain from the brewing process in our cattle feed. Not only does it create flavor and fattiness in the meat, but using spent grain means the used grain doesn't end up in landfills. Maui Brewing buys the meat back to use in special dishes completing the "Foam to Table" cycle. Ask your server if they have Paul Lopes Beef!
Foodland Grocery Stores provide unsaleable produce that we feed our animals with. Anything marked second-best is picked up fresh by Paul and taken directly to the farm. The animals absolutely love the green produce!
The Andaz Resort in Wailea, Maui provides food waste from their Ka'ana Kitchen and Morimoto's Restaurants for pig feed.
Kula Bistro, un Upcountry, Maui favorite, provides excess food waste and produce for pig feed.
Kamehameha Schools in Pukalani, Maui offers excess food waste for pig feed from it's school lunch program.
Kula Elementary School also offers excess food waste for pig feed from it's school lunch program.
